Spending the week in Corfu with such an incredible group of women and clinicians was truly such a special experience.

I came into this week not totally sure what to expect, and I'm going home feeling connected, capable, and genuinely embraced. That last word matters. It wasn't just a good trip. It was a group who showed up for each other in a way that's rare, and I feel lucky to have been in it.
The coaching gave me language for something I'd been sitting with for a while: the difference between choice and decision. We're trained to choose, often between two options that don't actually fit. Decision is different. Decision means you create the thing, commit to it, and take ownership of your success instead of waiting for the right option to appear.
